Adapt to new needs

For Samsic, training is the key to superior quality work. This is why, in 1991, the group created its own institute, IFES, the Training Institute for Service Firms. This skills enhancement program, specific to Samsic, benefits our customers as well as our own Agents. 

As soon as they are hired, Samsic Agents enrol in a general training program: on-site training, job training, health and safety training, environmental awareness, etc.

In particular, they are encouraged to take the courses leading to a Professional Training Certificate.
